The storage facility will be used entirely at the risk of the client. McDougall Storage, and all its related parties, will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to any stored goods, or any injury however caused.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure adequate insurance is maintained on any stored items.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure reasonable steps of additional security are taken such as trailer locks, locking vehicles, etc.

McDougall Storage can terminate agreements without cause and without liability upon issuance of 30 days written notice.

Agreements are based solely on the duration of the signed contract and full payment must be made up to submission of the contract. Contracts will need to be renewed prior to the ending of the original agreement.
